Don’t be impatient for the Lord to act! Travel steadily along his path.

Dear valued Sponsors, Prayer Partners and Team Members, |
The current HeartWork program focuses on enriching and developing the personal lives of current inmates and prison officials. The program runs simultaneously in two correctional facilities.
As it stands, we have successfully graduated 152 participants this year. This is the highest number that has ever been achieved, and we look forward to planned growth for the year to come.
This success would not have been possible without your unfailing support and hard work towards realizing the personal needs of others. Each and every one of you has either contributed your time, your effort, your subject knowledge and your financial support towards this project. Each contribution is valued and treasured by our Organisation, and we would like to give you our deepest appreciation and thanks.
On this note, we would like to share some highlights that we have experienced during this very successful year.
Our HeartWork team has received eight life couching lessons, and we are grateful for the opportunity to work on our personal growth, so that we can better aid those that need our support in the future.
For the first time in our course, we have had our first deaf and mute participant, who has completed the course through the aid of a former fellow participant, who has taken it upon himself to learn and teach in sign language, in order to give the opportunity of personal development to those with disabilities.
We are blessed to being able to witness miracles like this every day, and these individuals give us hope and motivate us for the future growth of HeartWork.
In order to round this year off, we would like to acknowledge that none of this would be possible without you, and that you add light into the darkness that exist within our daily lives. Most importantly, we would like to give the glory of our success to Jesus Christ our Lord.

May you have the gift of faith, the blessing of hope and the peace of His love at Christmas, always. |
Come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the Lord our maker, for he is our God. We are the people he watches over, the sheep under his care. Psalm 95, 6+7
1st August 2011 - To all our HeartWork’s corporate and personal sponsors;
On 23rd June 2011 we have concluded yet another successful semester of our ever expanding and growing Personal Development Course; HeartWork.

Due to your incredible impact with your financial support we were given the opportunity to work with many participants attending our course. Words will never be enough to express our gratitude. From the bottom of my heart, let me take the opportunity once again to thank you for allowing us to bring hope and healing into people’s lives.
We would like to extend a special thank you to AVI who has been our main financial sponsor and Kathleen Hastie Charitable Trust who has assisted us in order to aid the development of others. We acknowledge the support of singular friends with hand made toiletry bags and imprinting towels with our HeartWork logo. Your hard work and dedication is truly appreciated. Last but not least, a special thank you has to be extended to our HeartWork Team and all people taking time to present a topic to our participants. We value each and everyone’s personal input and support that you have given and extended yourself towards helping and aiding others to reach their optimal development growth.
Together, we have achieved by successfully completing three courses within the first semester in 2011. We have embarked on our new venture making the HeartWork course available to the Prison Officials of the Johannesburg Correctional Services in 2010. This resulted in witnessing enormous personal growth.
Sixty seven (67) participants have been able to complete the course during the first six months of this year. Our participant numbers are growing each year and we look forward to new challenges for the remainder of this year.

(Johannesburg team)
The biggest reward will be always the change that takes place in the hearts of our participants. The simple fact that someone invests and acknowledges them for who they are means the world to them. We are fortunate to find individual growth during each course and the personal achievements of our participants.
We are currently training ten people to become future facilitators who are still incarcerated. Most presentations on various topics are presented by our ex-participants inside and outside prison.
To summarise, we remind ourselves that we form a small part in the development process as a whole, but the part that we play is essential to form the final outcome that we witness before and after each success. Each one of you is individually valued and treasured.

(Krugersdorp team)
We look forward towards the next six months and know that we are growing in strength and are committed with all future challenges.
Warm Regards,
Ellen Andreae

The Lord is faithful in all he says; he is gracious in all he does. The Lord helps the fallen and lifts up those bent beneath their loads.
Psalm 145,13b + 14
To all our HeartWork’s corporate and personal sponsors,
On the 18th of November we have concluded yet another successful year of our ever expanding and growing Personal Development course HeartWork.
Our growth and success could however not have been made possible without the enormous and continuous support that we have received this year. We would like to extend a special thank you to AVI who has been our main financial backing partner and who has developed us in order for us to aid the development of others. The Rosebank Union Church we thank for assisting us with the toiletries for the bags, the constant supply of fresh and delicious cake and the prayer and support throughout. We acknowledge the support of singular friends in hand making the toiletry bags and imprinting them with our HeartWork logo. Your hard work and the dedication is truly appreciated. Last but not least, a special thank you has to be extended to our HeartWork Team and all people taking time to present a topic for our participants. We value each and everyone’s personal input and support that you have given and that you have extended yourself towards helping and aiding others reach their optimal development and growth.
Together, we have achieved to successfully complete five courses within this year in 2010. Our new venture that we have embarked on was making the HeartWork course available to the Prison Officials of the Johannesburg Correctional Services.
One hundred and sixteen (116) participants have been able to complete the course effectively. Our participant numbers are growing each year and we look forward to the new challenges that the New Year will bring.
The biggest reward will always be the change that takes place in the hearts of our participants. The simple fact that someone invests and acknowledges them for who they are means the world to them. We are fortunate enough to witness individual growth each year and stand in awe at the personal achievements of our participants, and the personal investment that is starting to pay off.
To round off, we remind ourselves that we form but a small part in the development process as a whole, but that the part that we play is necessary to form the final picture that we see before us after each success. Each one of you is individually valued and treasured.
We look toward the next year and know that we are growing in strength and pace and we smile at the before standing challenges.
Warm Regards,
Ellen Andreae
